“We had 60,000 warnings we issued to drivers in that first two weeks. During that second two weeks, the second half of September, that number dropped by 41%, but 35,000 violations in front of our schools is still far too high,” said Conor Muldoon, chief operations officer of the city of Syracuse.

Police say fake bills are being sent to businesses across the city of Syracuse. The notices instruct businesses to pay for multiple fees via wire transfer.
