Gracie Abrams is taking over New York City’s Fifth Avenue.
In Touch can confirm that the “I Miss You, I’m Sorry” singer, 26, has purchased her third unit in a prewar Art Deco co-op building in Greenwich Village a few weeks back for $4.5 million.
The two-bedroom, two bathroom penthouse features two private terraces and oversized panoramic windows, according to a listing.
The “loft-like unit was recently fully reimagined and redesigned for contemporary luxury living,” the listing said, and it features an open floor plan.
On Abrams’ terrace, the singer will be able to take in views of New York City staples like Washington Square Park, the Freedom Tower and the Empire State Building.

Inside, the penthouse also includes a chef’s kitchen, spa bathroom and custom walk-in closet.
The Minor artist’s recent addition follows two previous purchases in 2024 and 2025 in the same doorman building.
Abrams bought a three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse unit for $5.5 million, and she paid nearly $2 million for a smaller one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on another floor before that.
The building has housed multiple celebrities over the years.
If Abrams combines her two penthouses in the building, she could have a total of five bedrooms, five bathrooms and five terraces on top of the historic property.
