NEW YORK (PIX11) – You won’t need to wake up early to move your car for the street cleaner for a couple of days.
Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be suspended on Thursday and Friday.

This is because it will be Holy Thursday, Passover, and Good Friday. However, parking meters will remain in effect on Thursday, according to a social media post from the New York City alternate-side parking X account.
Usually, when alternate-side parking is in effect, you cannot park on the side of the street being cleaned. These rules apply for the entire time posted on the sign, even after a street sweeper has passed. The rules are also posted on the 311 website.
