STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Pete Davidson has signed a contract to sell his St. George waterfront condo, apparently taking a substantial financial hit after several years of attempting to sell the property, according to a New York Post report.

The former “Saturday Night Live” cast member and Great Kills native finally sold the unit at 90 Bay Street Landing after dropping his asking price to $850,000 in February, though the final sale price has not been disclosed, the Post reported.

Davidson purchased the condo for $1.2 million in 2020.

Davidson first listed the property in late 2022 for $1.3 million, but the home stayed on the market through multiple price reductions and listing refreshes.

After the property didn’t sell, he undertook extensive renovations, converting the original two-bedroom layout into a loft-style one-bedroom unit with an open floor plan and red accents. He also installed a large built-in fish tank.

The transaction comes as Davidson has recently become a father, welcoming a baby girl with Elsie Hewitt.

The space

The almost 1,600-square-foot residence is located in a gated waterfront community.

According to a previous real estate listing, the condo has a sleek, modern open concept layout featuring “enormous windows which provide natural lighting from dawn till dusk.” The condo also features panoramic views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline.

The master bedroom suite has a private bathroom with “a custom shower and a highly coveted, glamorous walk-in closet,” as well as “massive glass doors [that] lead to an exclusive terrace on the seventh floor, which provides immeasurable views of the city skyline,” the listing said.

Perks of the building include that it’s a pet-friendly space with 24-hour security, a clubhouse, health club, tennis club, indoor playroom and outdoor playground, the listing said.

Beyond the condo and his mother’s house, Davidson additionally rents a Brooklyn brownstone and owns an Upstate New York home, the U.S. Sun reported — alongside the retired Staten Island Ferry that he co-owns with “SNL” costar Colin Jost.
