A rare coin company and a vegan hair salon are moving into new offices at Harborside, a waterfront office complex in Jersey City.

Matador Rare Coins, which specializes in trading high-value coins and precious metals, leased 5,290 square feet on the 10th floor at 210 Hudson Street as part of the company’s expansion.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mina Shehata and David DeMatteis represented the tenant in the transaction.

In a separate deal, Xmondo Hair, a vegan and cruelty-free hair color and care brand, leased 5,460 square feet on the 8th floor at 200 Hudson Street for their new headquarters.

Shehata represented Xmondo Hair in the transaction. JLL represented the landlord in both deals.
