MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A Manhattan man was arrested Friday, April 3, in connection with aggravated endangering of a child and aggravated battery.
The Riley County Police Department reports that 29-year-old Joshua Keith Downey was arrested around 9:47 a.m. in Manhattan.
The arrest stems from a report filed in December 2025.
Downey was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remains in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
