ALBANY — A group of worshippers gathered at West Capitol Park early Sunday morning, despite the dreary weather that brought bitterly cold winds to the area.
The annual 30-minute outdoor service took place across the street from the city’s Alfred E. Smith building.
After a mild weekend, temperatures dropped Sunday into the low 50s, and clouds threatened rain throughout Easter morning. The National Weather Service’s forecast predicted temperatures would remain low for the next few days, with snow possible on Tuesday.
