QUEENS, NY — Police are looking for a suspect who slashed a teen in the face on a subway train last week.

The incident happened on March 30 on a northbound A train around 7:15 p.m.

The suspect is accused of slashing a 15-year-old boy in the face multiple times.

He then fled the scene and got off the train at the Broad Channel subway station, police said.

The 15-year-old boy was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital for treatment.

The suspect is described as approximately 15 to 18 years of age, with a slender build and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Police released photos of the suspect on Monday.

No arrests have been made yet. An investigation remains ongoing.
