The just-sold 1935-built home features six bedrooms and three bathrooms across 2,287 square feet of sprawling living space on three floors—and notably, a remodeled basement that once functioned as a bar. “When I bought the house, it had an old bar in the basement,” the home’s previous owner, Camille Chin-Kee-Fatt, told the New York Post. “I had to get rid of it, because it was falling apart, but I always think, my goodness, if this bar could talk.”

Before its most recent transaction, the multihyphenate’s former residence had only changed ownership twice, with Chin-Kee-Fatt buying it in 2004 for—wait for it—$460,000. While the property has undergone a slew of alterations over the years, it still retains much of its original charm and details and is believed to have its original layout. The hardwood floors, crown moldings, arched entrances, sunroom, and wood-burning fireplace are all intact. Horne’s wooden sideboard still remains in the living room. Upgrades on the home include a large backyard with a large deck, a gazebo, and a hot tub. A private driveway and a garage occupy the front entryway.
