An office building in Englewood Cliffs has sold for $1,757,500, brokered by The Kislak Co. Inc.
The two-story brick building at 631 East Palisade Ave. spans 5,600 square feet and sits on a corner location with 17 parking spaces.
The building sits approximately two miles from the George Washington Bridge, offering a quick, 10-minute drive to Manhattan.
Englewood Cliffs is one of Bergen County’s most affluent communities and hosts numerous corporate offices and professional services firms. The Palisade Avenue corridor features a mix of office, retail and service businesses.
Tom Scatuorchio, a senior vice president at Kislak, represented the seller in the exclusive listing. Sara Shin of Christie’s International Real Estate Group represented the buyer. The buyer and seller were not identified.
“Through a comprehensive marketing process, we generated strong interest from both investors and owner-users,” Scatuorchio said in a written statement. “Ultimately, we were able to identify a highly qualified buyer and achieve the highest price for our client.”
The Woodbridge-based Kislak Company was established in 1906 and operates in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida with 35 professionals.
