MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested over the weekend in Manhattan in connection with a domestic incident, officials said.
Riley County police officers filed a report in the incident around 3:57 a.m. Saturday at an undisclosed location in Manhattan.
A 32-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a known 33-year-old man — identified as DeVanta DeShaun Walker, of Manhattan — was listed as the suspect in the case.

Riley County police arrested Walker around 8:40 a.m. Saturday in the north alley near S. 9th and Yuma streets in Manhattan, officials said.
Walker was then booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery and was being held on a $7,000 bond, officials said.
