The Brooklyn townhouse immortalized in a Lily Allen album has sold and closed for $7 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

Once the elegant marital home of Allen, the British pop star now on the New York leg of her tour — and “Stranger Things” actor David Harbour — the stunning Cobble Hill townhouse hit the market last October for $7.9 million just days after the release of her widely discussed “revenge” album. It was last asking $7.3 million

The identity of the buyer is not known.

The boldly maximalist five-bedroom, four-bath dwelling at 381 Union St. — filled with wild prints and colors — features a sauna and a cold plunge in the backyard. In 2023, it debuted in Architectural Digest with a home tour dubbed “cringe” by Curbed. It was later featured in Elle Decor after The Post reported in January that it had entered contract.

The residence is jaw-droppingly beautiful in its design — but it wasn’t a fairytale home for the now-former couple. Compass

But despite the 19th-century home’s natural beauty, and stellar makeover by top AD100 designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE, Allen felt “awkward” there from the start, according to her “West End Girl” album. It was the first album that Allen — a mother of two daughters from her previous marriage — had made in seven years and it gave her a massive career boost, as she is now on a global tour.

Released just days before the property hit the market in late 2025, the album refers to Harbour’s alleged infidelity with costume designer Natalie Tippet at his West Village residence, according to reports. According to Allen’s music, she felt pressured to move into a home that was simply too expensive.

“Now I’m looking at houses with four or five floors / And you’ve found us a brownstone, said ‘You want it? It’s yours.’”

“So we went ahead and we bought it / Found ourselves a good mortgage / Billy Cotton got sorted / All the furniture ordered / I could never afford this / You were pushing it forward / Made me feel a bit awkward / Made me feel a bit awkward.”

The former couple bought the 22-foot wide townhouse in 2021, during happier times, for $3.3 million via two separate trusts. By February 2025, they were no longer together after nearly five years of marriage. (They met on the dating site Raya, according to reports.)

The spread features a stunning eat-in chef’s kitchen with a large custom banquette by large windows that overlook the street. There’s also a full-floor primary bedroom with a fireplace, two walk-in closets — and an extravagant spa-like bath with wall-to-wall Pierre Frey carpeting, a fireplace, and two “Louis XVI-style vanities.” Upstairs are additional bedrooms, a skylighted lounge and a home office.

Below, the garden level features a guest suite and a sitting room with custom built-ins — while the basement comes with a gym, laundry and storage.
