NEW YORK (PIX11) – Not one, not two, but four different affordable housing lotteries in New York City are offering $0 rent for eligible New Yorkers.
Two of the lotteries are located in the Bronx, one is in Queens, and another is in Brooklyn, according to NYC Housing Connect. Here’s what to know about them:
BronxEl Hogar aka Comunilife Tiebout
Located at 2444 Tiebout Ave.
32 units available (27 studio apartments, 5 one-bedroom apartments)
Amenities include 24-hour attended lobby security monitoring, on-site support services, resident manager, in-unit intercom and nurse call, fitness center, computer lounge, recreation room, bicycle storage and communal laundry room
Close to the Nos. 1, 4, B and D subway trains
No pets allowed; service animals are an exception
$58,320 is the maximum income allowed for the lottery
Stevenson Senior Residences
Located at 1841 Seward Ave.
40 studio units available
Amenities include a shared laundry room, community center, outdoor terrace, on-site resident manager and near ferry and water taxis
$64,800 is the maximum income allowed for the lottery
BrooklynNehemiah Gateway Site 26A
Located at 890 Erskine St.
64 units available (33 studio apartments, 31 one-bedroom apartments)
Amenities include a super, outdoor recreation area, elevator, gym, library, community room and free WiFi
Close to the B13, B84 and Q8 buses and No. 5 train
$72,900 is the maximum income allowed for the lottery

QueensGrace’s Place Senior Apartments
Located at 13-04 Nameoke Ave.
56 studio units available
Amenities include an on-site resident manager, a rooftop terrace, a resident lounge and a card-operated laundry room
Close to the LIRR, N31, N32, Q113 and Q114 buses and the A subway train
$64,800 is the maximum income allowed for the lottery
To qualify for $0 rent, residents must have at least one person aged 62 or older in their household, have no income, and be eligible for Section 8 housing. Anyone earning a salary will have to put 30% of it toward the rent, according to NYC Housing Connect.
