STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A vehicle crashed into a Castleton Corners restaurant on Thursday afternoon, causing damage to the Victory Boulevard establishment.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. at Victory and Manor Road, when a Kia Sportage struck Mountain Fusion, a sushi and ramen eatery.
One civilian refused medical attention, said the FDNY’s Office of Public Information.
Furthermore, an Advance/SILive.com reporter was told by employees of the restaurant that nobody was hurt despite the damage.

Shortly after the crash, yellow tape surrounded the vehicle and the impacted restaurant.
