The next time you head to your local Walmart, things might look a little different. Walmart has announced they are making big changes inside dozens of Walmart Stores across the country, including here in New York State.

Walmart Remodeling 24 Stores In New York State

According to a press release, Walmart will be remodeling several stores across New York State this year. These updates are all part of a long-term plan to remodel most stores across the state. Walmart has invested more than $422 million to upgrade stores throughout New York over the past five years. 

The changes in the area Walmart Stores will help modernize the space for better and more efficient shopping, both in-store and online. They also plan on setting up the stores to make at-home delivery within an hour possible.

The changes will also include the addition of many new brand names. They include brands like De’Longhi, Oura, Jessica Simpson, and Lemme.
