WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – Watertown’s zoning board of appeals granted variances to allow a new coffee shop to be built on State Street.
The site is on land next to Little Caesars Pizza and across from Burger King.
Jumpin Goat wants to build a new coffee shop with two drive-thru lanes and walk-up service.
The variances from the zoning board of appeals were mainly to allow for certain characteristics and setbacks to happen.
The business will need to get site plan approval next.
