Rochester, N.Y. — Crowds of fans tuned in for Record Store Day at the Record Archive.
Vinyl lovers across the globe camped out Friday night for a chance to get hold of some exclusives.
Stores, including the Record Archive, got waves of music lovers and turned to support the day that brings attention to local music shops.
“It’s essential a big holiday for us, and this is the biggest one we’ve ever had,” said Moose, the marketing manager at the Record Archive. “It’s unbelievable, it’s an emotional day, still tons of tons of records to go.”
The day also features live music throughout to keep the energy high, as well as savory bites and sweet treats.
