This $9.8 Million N.Y.C. Penthouse Overlooks Frick Collection Gardens

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Carl Schurz Park, and the Roosevelt Island Tramway are three popular attractions on New York’s Upper East Side. Another is the Frick Collection, which opened in 1935 after transforming from American industrialist Henry Clay Frick’s Beaux-Arts mansion to a public museum that preserves his collection. To top it off, quite literally, the 575-square-foot rooftop deck affords views of Central Park and the Frick Collection Gardens.
