This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Greenpoint, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?
First up, this Greenpoint residence has a stylish presence after a renovation tackled the wood frame inside and out. This former House of the Day entered contract in January.
There are plenty of 1890s details to ogle in this Park Slope brownstone, including built-ins, interior shutters, mantels, tilework, and moldings. This former House of the Day sold in January for $4.5 million, which was $1.005 million over the asking price.
In Windsor Terrace, a single-family brick row house has wood floors, a beamed ceiling, and some Deco era tile. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $2.7 million, which was $200,000 over the asking price.
Finally, this Clinton Hill one-bedroom has wood floors, four closets, a roomy foyer, and a renovated kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $875,000, which was $50,000 over the asking price.
