MANHATTAN (KSNT) – First responders have cleared a crash on Highway 24 in the Manhattan area Tuesday afternoon that caused traffic to slow down for about an hour.

The Kansas Department of Transportation reported a crash via KanDrive.org in the westbound lanes of Highway 24 where it crosses over the Big Blue River in east Manhattan. The crash was initially reported just after 4 p.m. on April 21.

KDOT reports Highway 24 west is back open as of 4:50 p.m. on April 21.
