COURTHOUSE,
April 20 – There was an armed
robbery of a convenience store
on Boston Road in The Bronx on
November 30, 2023. A
perpetrator was wearing a mask
and blue surgical gloves, but
also a black Polo
hoodie. Â
Godfrie Cole was
captured on video back in 3475
Bivona Street in The Bronx in
the same hoodie. He was
arrested, and then the case
was Federalized.
He was presented
in the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrates court, which

covers, on January 18, 2024
and detained.Â
 On January
30, his case was indicted and
assigned to District Judge
Analisa Torres.
