NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released a photo on Friday of a woman wanted for pepper spraying a man in the face during a fight on a Bronx train earlier this week.
At approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, April 20, a 27-year-old man was riding a northbound 2 train toward the East 225th Street station when he became engaged in a verbal dispute with the woman, officials said.
During the encounter, the woman pepper-sprayed the victim in the face before fleeing the train on foot at the 225th Street station.
EMS transported the victim to Montefiore Einstein Hospital, where he was treated and listed in stable condition.
The attacker was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweatshirt, multi-colored pants, black boots, and a black hat.
