MARCY, N.Y. — A Remsen man was arrested after an investigation found he raped a woman at knife point inside his home.
New York State Police announced that Anthony L. Delguidice, 36, was taken into custody on April 23, 2026, at his residence on Joslyn Road in the Town of Remsen. The arrest followed an indictment warrant issued by a Oneida County Grand Jury.
Police said the investigation began after a report of a rape on Jan. 23, 2025. Delguidice was charged with rape, a felony.
Members of the New York State Police Felony Warrant Unit and the Oneida County Warrant Squad arrested Delguidice without incident. He was processed at SP Marcy and taken to the Oneida County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
NYSP said the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office helped with the investigation.
