A 9-year-old boy was punched in the face multiple by a stranger who also whacked him with a cable charger in an unprovoked attack in a Bronx park, police said Thursday.

Cops released a surveillance image of the suspect and are asking the public’s help identifying him and tracking him down.

Police said the attacker punched the boy numerous times in the face inside Grant Park at near E. 169th St. and Grant Ave. about 6 p.m. April 19, cops said.

The assailant then struck the boy in the face with the charger before running off without having said a word north on Sheridan Ave.

The boy was treated at BronxCare Health System for bruises and a cut.
