The Jets and Eagles swapped fringe roster players and draft picks on Wednesday afternoon, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed.

The Jets sent cornerback Michael Carter II and a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Eagles for wide receiver John Metchie III and a 2027 sixth-round draft pick.

Metchie, a former second-round pick of the Texans, had four catches for 18 yards in seven games this season for Philadelphia.

He could see action beginning in Week 10 against the Browns.

Carter, a fifth-round pick of the Jets in 2021, had returned to action last week after missing three games with a concussion.

He had two years remaining on a three-year extension he signed in 2024, but removed a $5 million injury guarantee for 2026 as part of the move.
