STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Mother nature won’t get the chance to wreak havoc on the 2025 CHSAA Archdiocesan Tier 1 championship.
The title game that pits No. 3 Notre Dame Academy against top-seeded Notre Dame Academy was originally supposed to be played Thursday at Wagner College. However, the league postponed the game due to impending inclement weather that includes heavy rain and possible thunderstorms.
The championship will now be played Sunday at Wagner’s Grymes Hill complex beginning at 6 p.m.
Doors open at 5 p.m.

The Gators and Vikings are squaring off in the Archdiocesan championship game for the third straight season.
