BROOKLYN, N.Y. (KLTV) – Former Van Vandal Hoss Brewer picked up his first hold of the season in Brooklyn’s 2-0 win over Frederick on Saturday.
The right-hander entered the game in the eighth inning.
Brewer pitched one inning, allowing no runs or hits. He has a 5.00 ERA in nine innings this season.
Brooklyn (7-19) heads to Bowling Green, Kentucky, on Wednesday to begin a series with the Hot Rods.
