Prosecutors charged Devin Daugherty with three counts of leaving the scene of leaving a crash resulting in death and one count of driving while revoked or suspended, second offense.

The crash happened Friday night on Lewis and Clark Boulevard near Haviland Drive.

According to police, Daugherty’s Cadillac sideswiped a Lexus, causing it to cross the center line and collide with an oncoming Toyota.

Jordyn “Lunar” Williams, 18, and her 53-year-old aunt, Cherese Fisher, were killed.

The driver of the Toyota, 28-year-old Andrea Medina, was also killed.

Daugherty, 20, ran away from the crash, police said, and investigators traced the vehicle back to his mother, who said she hadn’t been driving it and her son was not home.

On Monday, Daugherty’s mother called police and told them her son was home. He was arrested just after 10:30 a.m.

Daughtery’s bond was set at $250,000. Online court records did not list an attorney for him.
