MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Monday night in Manhattan, officials said.
The collision was reported around 7:52 p.m. Monday at N. 4th and Vattier streets on the east side of Manhattan.
Officials said Riley County police responded to a report of an injury crash at that location.

Upon their arrival, officers found a 2011 Dodge driven by Jeremy Hicks, 21, of Manhattan, had collided with a 2018 Ford driven by Nonacik Reckert, 31, of Manhattan.
Reckert was transported to Ascension Via Christi Hospital for treatment of injuries, officials said.
Hicks was issued a citation for failure to yield at a yield sign, officials added.
