NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – A rent freeze is still on the table for New York City after the Rent Guidelines Board’s preliminary vote – but so is a hike.

So, what happens now? Patrick Spauster, housing and homelessness reporter for City Limits, joins PIX on Politics Daily to break down Thursday’s vote.
