STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The city Department of Transportation will conduct repair and maintenance work throughout Staten Island during the week of May 11.
Contract milling crews and in-house paving crews will work during daytime hours within Community Board 3. Maintenance crews will operate across multiple Community Boards throughout the day and night.
The roadway work is intended to maintain safe and efficient roadways, but may result in temporary detours and street closures in affected areas.
The department has requested patience and cooperation from residents as the infrastructure improvements take place.
See below for the full paving schedule, as provided by the city. The schedule is subject to change due to weather or emergency road repairs, according to the Department of Transportation.
