The Brooklyn Heights Association has notified us of two events coming next weekend. The BHA sponsored Longest Table will be back on Remsen Street beween Hicks and the Promenade entrance on Saturday, May 16 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. It’s a short walk from Remsen Street to Willow Place, between Joralemon and State streets, where the Willowtown Spring Fair will also be happening on Saturday from noon until 5:00 pm. There will be: live music; food; games, including a kids’ sack race (see video above); plants, baked goods, and boutique items for sale; a presentation by the Heights Players (perhaps a scene from Nine to Five); face painting; a bouncy house; a raffle; and a walking tour.
