MORRISONVILLE, N.Y. (WCAX) – Police in Northern New York are searching for a missing teen who they say may need medical attention.
Koltynne Wood, 16, was last seen walking on Shingle Street in Morrisonville on Saturday evening.

Authorities say she was last seen wearing a jean jacket over a light-colored shirt and dark pants. She is about 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 100 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sees her should call 911.
