Peru High School’s Reese Duprey makes New York State Sportswriters Association girls’ basketball state team

Peru High School girls’ basketball standout Reese Duprey earned all-state honors on the hardwood. The Section VII Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Player of the Year was selected on the New York State Sportswriters’ Association’s fourth team. The junior forward averaged a double-double with 18.1 points per game and 11.5 rebounds per game while also swiping 4.7 steals per game. She led the Nighthawks to their second straight Section VII and CVAC regular season championship title. Duprey is expected to return to Peru for her senior season on the hardwood.

Peru High School girls’ basketball standout Reese Duprey earned all-state honors on the hardwood.
