BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (KLTV) – Former Van Vandal Hoss Brewer made a scoreless appearance in Brooklyn’s 7-6 loss to the Bowling Green Hot Rods on Saturday.

Brewer pitched two innings, allowing no runs or hits, striking out three and walking one. He threw 25 pitches, 16 for strikes.
Brooklyn (8-24) begins a road series against Rome on Tuesday.
