PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Fire are preparing for the first game of their back-to-back home stand against the New York Liberty on Tuesday night.
The Fire will look to earn their first win of their debut season after their season opening 98-83 loss to the Chicago Sky.
Sug Sutton (right knee) and Kamiah Smalls (left knee) are listed as questionable for the Fire, while Karlie Samuelson remains out with a left foot injury.
The Liberty, who are 2-0 in the regular season with wins over the Connecticut Sun and Washington Mystics, enter Tuesday’s contest with out Rebecca Allen (left leg), Marine Fauthoux (left knee), Sabrina Ionescu (left foot) and Satou Sabally (cyst).
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. at the Moda Center.
