On April 30, at Il Bacco Restaurant in Little Neck, the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers held its second CE dinner meeting since COVID ended. During COVID, the zoom class had become the norm for CE classes. Now, more people are looking forward to in-person meetings which tend to be more productive and uplifting. This seminar covered Zoning for the Real Estate Professional. It contained a good overview of land use regulations, FAR, develop­ment rights, and zoning impact for Highest & Best Use.
