The man who allegedly punched a senior citizen in the face about three weeks ago in Jamaica, causing him to fall, has been arrested.
Shameek Malave, 21, who was staying at the LéTap Inn JFK Airport hotel on Archer Avenue in Jamaica, was charged with assault and harassment on May 7 at 7 p.m., within the confines of the 103rd Precinct, said the NYPD.
The police said the assailant approached the victim, 88, at 148th Street and Jamaica Avenue on April 21 and then assaulted him while wearing a “Scarface” shirt.
