PELHAM PARKWAY, Bronx (PIX11) — The NYPD is asking for help in finding two individuals accused of assaulting and robbing a teen in the Bronx on May 11.
The incident happened inside a residential building located near Waring Avenue and Bronxwood Avenue.
According to authorities, around 11:20 p.m., an 18-year-old male victim arranged to meet with two unidentified individuals who were going to purchase clothing from the victim.
During the transaction, the individuals began to punch and kick the victim, and one of the individuals displayed a firearm.
The individuals then removed the victim’s bag, which contained clothing, jewelry, headphones, and a phone. The total value of the items removed is $5,980.
Police officials say the victim sustained minor injuries but refused medical attention at the scene.

After the robbery, police say the unidentified individuals escaped on foot.
