PETE Davidson has finally sold his Staten Island condo at a massive loss, just days after his split from baby mama Elsie Hewitt.

Pete‘s luxury condo on the Staten Island waterfront lingered on the market for nearly four years and underwent several significant price cuts before finding the right buyer.

The King of Staten Island star, 32, purchased the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath property with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline for $1.2 million in December 2020.

Pete – who just split from baby mama Elsie Hewitt this month – first tried to offload the home back in 2022 for $1.3 million, and dropped the price to $1.1 million a year later.

The Saturday Night Live alum continued to lower his asking price bit by bit, but then in February of this year, two months after the birth of his daughter, Scottie Rose, Pete dropped the price way down to $850,000.

The home went into contract with a prospective buyer back in March and only finally sold this week at yet another loss.

On Wednesday, May 13, after 41 months on the market, Pete finally sold the condo for nearly a half million dollar loss, not factoring in the extensive renovations insiders said he made.

Sources told The U.S. Sun earlier this week he sought to sell the property and his upstate New York home aggressively, as Pete and Elsie ended their relationship and hashed out their financial arrangement.

One insider had said “Pete is selling his properties to open up funds as they move forward and figure out their next steps,” the insider explained, referring to the comedian’s possible child support payments to his ex.

Elsie now appears to be living in the couple’s Brooklyn apartment with 5-month-old Scottie Rose as Pete continues to travel around the country for work commitments.
