A 14-year-old boy was charged with assault after body-slamming a girl to the ground and kicking her in the head, authorities say.
The violent attack was caught on video and reportedly began after the girl refused to give the masked thug her phone number.

According to The New York Post, the video shows the brute confronting the 15-year-old on a New York City street shortly after school let out on April 20.
He blocked the girl’s path in a crosswalk then threatened to “knock the s outta” her, according to the video.
Sickeningly, someone off camera egged on the suspect, saying, “Do it!”
When the girl tried to walk around him, the hooligan snarled: “Nah, nah, you stand right here.”

As she walked around a parked car to avoid him, the goon grabbed her from behind, lifted her into the air and slammed her to the ground. The punk then stomped on her head before walking away.
“This is not even bullying. This is outright assault and he could have killed her,” the victim’s mother, Lucinda Arroyo told The New York Post.
The two are classmates and he’d been harassing her daughter for weeks, according to Arroyo.
Her daughter was hospitalized for two days with a concussion, bleeding, a possible brain injury, splitting headaches and a twisted neck, which will require ongoing physical therapy, Arroyo said.

The video of the attack “was passed around like entertainment,” the furious mom raged. “She’s ignoring him so he basically forced her to pay attention to him. And his friends are laughing. It’s not just one bully, that’s community bullying.”
The suspect’s mom, Selma Allen, described her son as a “humble” Christian, according to The New York Post. She said the two were friends who swapped messages on social media and claimed the girl had bullied him at school.
“He’s been complaining about her,” she added. “I bring it to the principal’s attention but he don’t address it.”
