Cops are searching for a man who attacked three children — the youngest just 5 — at a Brooklyn playground, police said Monday.
The suspect choked one of the children and shoved the other two during a heated altercation at the Bush-Clinton Playground in Red Hook, which is part of the Red Hook Recreational Area, at about 6:30 p.m. on May 11.
The three children, a 5-year-old girl and two boys, ages 7 and 12, were inside the playground when one of them began recording the suspect on their phone.
Outraged, the suspect lunged at the trio, police said.
He ran off after the attack and was still being sought on Monday. Cops released photos of the man in the hopes someone would recognize him.
All three children were not seriously harmed and were treated at the scene by medics. The two youngest children are brother and sister, police sources said. The oldest child is their cousin.
Anyone with information about the attackers whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
