TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested Thursday night in Manhattan on a warrant charging him with drug possession and other offenses, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Benigno David Aquino Jr, 42, of Salina.
Officials said Aquijno was arrested around 9:37 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.
Riley County Police officials said the arrest stemmed from an original report filed in December 2025.

Aquino was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with a Riley County District Court warrant for possession of opiate-opium-narcotic or certain stimulant; possession of drug paraphernalia; and failure to appear.
Aquino was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remained Friday morning in the Riley County Jail.
