MASSENA — The Massena Police Department charged two Manhattan men with drug possession after executing a search warrant Monday at 87 Water St., Apt. 1, in the village.
Police charged Karieem A. Williams, 33, and Jamel K. Dingle, 27, with felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic over four ounces and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic intent to sell, and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men were arraigned in Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending.
Massena police were assisted by the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, state police, and Ogdensburg Police Department.
