New York City men jailed on drug charges following raid of Massena apartment

MASSENA — Two New York City men were charged following the execution of a search warrant May 25 at 87 Water St., Apartment 1, Massena, according to the Massena Police Department.

Police said Karieem A. Williams, 33, and Jamel K. Dingle, 27, were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, narcotic over 4 ounces, a class A2 felony; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class B felony; and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Both were arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending.
