Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer M. Driscoll has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. Formerly co-chair of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation team at Robinson + Cole, she will operate as part of Hinshaw’s Healthcare group.
Jennifer brings extensive experience managing antitrust litigation and counseling matters for domestic and foreign companies across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and retail.
Licensed in New York, the District of Columbia, and Connecticut, Jennifer advises clients on merger control, pricing policies, noncompete issues, artificial intelligence, and data privacy and security issues, including algorithmic pricing and product-related matters. She represents companies in internal and government investigations related to the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
“Jennifer significantly enhances our antitrust capabilities at a time when clients are facing heightened regulatory scrutiny and complex compliance challenges,” said Adam Guetzow, chair of the firm’s Healthcare group. “Her sophisticated litigation experience, combined with her deep understanding of the healthcare, products, and manufacturing industry sectors, complements our existing team.”
Hinshaw’s national geographic platform and broad scope of legal service areas were among the reasons she decided to join the firm.

Prior to working at Robinson + Cole, Jennifer practiced at various large law firms in Connecticut and Washington, DC. She received a BS from Cornell University, a master’s in political science from Cornell’s Institute for Public Affairs, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She holds Certified Information Privacy Professional certification for both the United States and the European Union.
