MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested Wednesday after Riley County police said he left four young children unattended in a hot car in Manhattan.
The incident was reported around 11:26 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Bluemont Avenue in Manhattan.
Officials listed the victims as a 4-year-old girl; a 5-year-old boy a 2-year-old girl; and an 11-month-old boy.

Riley County police reported the four children were left unattended in a hot vehicle “for an extended period of time.”
There were no immediate reports of injuries to the children.
Regobert Yuh Manigha, 36, of Fort Riley, was arrested around 12:35 p.m. Wednesday at the Rent-a-Center at 100 Bluemont Ave., officials said.
Manigha was then booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with four counts of aggravated endangering of a child.
Manigha was transferred to the Pottawatomie County Jail, pending a judicial review of the case.
It was unknown late Thursday morning if Manigha had been issued a bond.
