NEW JERSEY — If you hear fireworks near the Hudson River on Halloween night, you’re not imagining it.
To kick off New York Marathon weekend, the NY Road Runners planned a scheduled fireworks display near Cherry Hill in Central Park around 6:20 p.m. on Friday.
