MANHATTAN (KSNT) – Law enforcement in Manhattan reports a driver took a vehicle through wet concrete Wednesday, causing thousands of dollars in damage to a new parking lot.
The Riley County Police Department filed a report of criminal damage to property just after 4 p.m. on May 27 in the 700 block of East Poyntz Avenue. A local business reported that an unknown individual drove through a freshly poured concrete parking lot.
The RCPD said the total estimated loss associated with this incident is $15,000. Police ask that anyone with information related to this investigation contact the RCPD at 785-537-2112 or Crime Stoppers at 785-539-7777.
