We did something absolutely insane. We started our very own smash burger pop-up right here in New York City! It is located at The Bedford in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We spent months behind the scenes engineering the menu, and now we are tasting all five legendary burgers available. The big twist? You get to choose between a soft potato bun or a toasted English muffin for your vessel. I am team potato bun all day, but look at that compact stack. This is a massive food milestone.
The Secret Devour Sauce and a Serious Kick
First up is the Classic Devour Burger. Two beautifully smashed patties, oozing melted cheese, caramelized onions, and our signature Devour sauce on an English muffin. The onions add a subtle sweetness, and it is incredibly juicy. We spent months locking down the recipe for this sauce. It is a blend of garlic, ketchup, and finely diced dill pickles. The result? Elite.
If you want heat, the next creation is a complete game-changer. It features our custom pickled chili pepper kick sauce. It delivers a warm, addictive burn that builds without destroying your palate. Stacked with sharp cheddar on a potato bun, it is simply unreal.
Then comes a heavy hitter: The Guac Burger. Two patties smashed down with melted cheddar, house-made guacamole, pickled jalapeños, and crunchy tortilla chips made from scratch. Look at that bite. The texture combination of the soft bun and the crunchy chips makes this one a winner.

We did not stop there. The Sweet Bourbon Barbecue Smash Burger features applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, pickles, and a rich bourbon barbecue sauce. The crunch on the baked bacon is phenomenal.

Born out of our food series where we track down the most intense meals in the city, this masterpiece features four custom blend patties and four thick slices of New York State cheddar.
